Teqare was founded with the intention to meet this growing need, to ensure everyone is safe and educated online.

Brett Ducharme, Director and Co-owner at Teqare, brings over seven years of experience in cost consulting, project cost control, risk management, and financial oversight. His expertise in cost planning and financial leadership strengthens Teqare's capacity to scale its mission sustainably, ensuring that accessible, practical education in digital literacy and cyber safety continues to reach individuals, communities, and organizations across Canada.
